Closing night was fun! I found out it was Miles (Jack) who liked me!
So I auditioned for Fairy Tail Club Thing And I think they're really close to choosing me but I'm not sure.
IT'S A BIG DEAl! Depending on where it lands it could be on Amazon Prime!
As always I have post show blues but With the whole Fairy tail club thing hopefully it will be over soon!
I got a 2nd call back For the fairy tail thing. They wanted a parent to be there with me so mom came.
I'm getting really good vibes from this studio. I'm really hoping I get in.
I didn't do too hot during the call back. Any way if you could send prayers that would be deeply appreciated.

It was an interesting week. we barely rehearsed Mamamia and all my friends left for Shakespeare, so I was little lonely. but we went to she the new Shang-Chi Marvel movie and it was really cool. We also got a backpack full of merch for the movie that was given to us from the vice president of megaplex marketing. So that was cool. This isn't very happy, but I found out that the girl I like has been in a relationship for a few years. Just gotta move on I guess. I'm also pretty sick right now, and since I have to perform Wednesday and Thursday I hope I get better soon. I'm also scheduled to give blood Wednesday morning, eleven hours before my choir concert. anyway, I could use your prayers, Eve. love you!

I can't wait to hear about your experience with General Conference. What did you learn? What were your stand-outs? For me, I really liked how so many talked about strengthening our relationship with the Savior and make time for him. I also felt a nudge that it's time to move on from my growing-up sadness disappointment. I've felt this for awhile, but every now and again it slips in. There is too much to do to let the past slow me down. Also, I loved the talk about how trials caused by other people's choices can "refine our souls" to make us more compassionate and understanding of others.
Yesterday Dad and I went to shut the cabin down for the winter. The autumn leaves were beautiful. It was a wonderful morning to hang with my favorite guy. As we were driving through Kamas I mentioned how I thought Heber would be a good place for a temple. Hah! President Nelson thought so too! I'm so happy for Heber! That temple will have the best water in the state!
Mari's closing night was great. I'm proud of her. She's been texting Miles (Jack) and having fun with this little crush. She also made 2nd call-backs for "Fairy Tale Club", a new show filmed/written by Sam Cooper's family. When I went to the parent portion of the interview, Sam's mom made the connection that Mari was your sister. She said, "I LOVE EVE! She is the nicest human I know!" She talked all about how Becca and Sam were in a relationship but she could never think of Becca without thinking of Eve. Thank you for creating such a good impression. I think it will help Mari out. Their studio and vision seemed really wonderful. I hope Mari is chosen. I think this would be a great thing for her. They told us how Mari was just the look they were looking for. She looked great on film. The character she was auditioning for is "Jade" the mean girl. Jade is a popular girl who is beautiful but stuck on herself. Mari said she likes to play the mean-girl because it's fun to be someone different. She played a really rude step-sister too!
Hyrum hasn't been feeling too well this weekend. He did take some time to answer the girl who asked him to Girl's pref. He also took some cookies to another girl he likes.
Orchestra is going well. There are about 30 students in the orchestra, most of them are beginners. AH! One of the highlights of my week happened at Student Showcase in one of my 4th grade Music classes. 3 girls from Orchestra (2 violins and a cello) decided to showcase their new string skill (they only had one orchestra lesson). They played what we had just learned in class "D D D rest, A A A rest, D rest A rest, D A D rest". Their classmates all cheered and said "I didn't know you played!" The cellist said, "Yes, I am a cellist!" That took guts to play in front of your class after only one lesson! (I'll send a picture but please ignore their bow-holds- we're working on that!)
We went to a Barlow Family Night to say a quick good-by to Jaron. He flies to Detroit on Wednesday. He's been done with MTC for a week but because of how transfers worked, he had to hang out with his mom all week. Micaela is excited too. She was wearing these American flag cowboy boots and a Texas cardigan. I'll send you a picture. She looked pretty cute.

I'm sure your Conference experiences was great. We saw the video of you getting sung to for your Birthday. We could not tell if it was a joke or not. We had a great Conference experience. Most of the traditions are no more. We started a new one with the Raclette. It worked well. I got a chuck roast and we cook junks of it on the Raclette. Emma burned her hand pretty bad. She took one of the trays on the bottom and placed it on her hand. She now knows better. I learned a lot at Conference. Elder Gilbert's talk about Slopes. Elder Renlund about contention. Elder Uchtdorf about Daily Realignments. President Nelson "If most of the information you get comes from social or other media, your ability to hear the whisperings of the Spirit will be diminished. So. . . many. . . more!
We spent the last week recovering from Mari's show. There was still work that needed to be done. Tiffany was needed to strike the set and clean all the costumes. I think after this weekend we will have things back to normal. Mari has auditioned for a new thing. This one is a Youtube show. They want her to be the "mean girl". This will take some serious acting as this is far from her norm. She is hopeful. She will hear later this week.
Your Mom had a hard time with Gordon's funeral. She was thinking she needed to go to the funeral. I suggested he not go. They did not mentioned Grandma Shea in the obituary at all. They later called Grandma Charlene and apologized for the omission claiming it was an oversight. I think they omitted her to keep peace with his current wife but who knows. There was too much hurt for you Mom to go. We offered to have him in our life. We invited him to our wedding. He never tried to remain in contact with us. That accompanied with George not wanting to be in contact with us it felt like it was too much. Your Mom tried to council Grandma Charlene in making sure she was going for the right reasons.
Talking to Grandpa today he mentioned how impressed he was with you. You looked like and carried the Spirit like a missionary. We have also been impressed with your progression. Keep opening your mouth and doing your part and miracles will happen. I have not doubt.
