This week starts Oquirrh fest! I'm going to get dunked this month.:) I had another sleepover with Sam. It was fun! I GET MY BRACES OFF THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im soooo excited! I have been riding my skateboard this week. I think I'm getting better and better! I got to be a judge for Masked singer at my school ! It was pretty fun! I am not excited for daylight savings but that's ok. Joey and I miss you alot. NEWSIES IS COMING TOGETHER!!!!! I'M SO PUMPED IM IN ALOT MORE SCENCES THAN IM SUPPOSED TO BE IN AND ITS GREAT! any way that's all for now BYE!!!!!!!!

I'm tired. I don't have much going on anymore, but prom is on the 20th. I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm only beginning to catch up on my school work, but they just keep piling it on. Audition week is coming up, but I still don't feel ready. I've been preparing for about a year, but I just don't know.

I'M SO PROUD OF YOU! Seriously, you are such a focused missionary. You are also allowing your personality to come through. I know that Heavenly Father put you with those people (companions and people you meet) because He needs YOU! Have joy and confidence in who YOU are!
It was so fun to talk to you before Hyrum's show. I know it was a treat for everyone else too! Yesterday, Hyrum got to go with some of his theater friends to Hale's show "The Play that Goes Wrong". He's been wanting to see it and when Eaton offered free tickets, he was the 4th in line. He had a fun time. He's trying to decide who to ask to Prom. I'm so glad they're letting them have school dances again. Governor Cox said we might be out of masks by April 10! I'm hoping! I get my 2nd vaccine on Thursday. I hope it doesn't make me sick. So many people get sick with the 2nd one.
Mari has been having this 'sticker war' with one of the guys from her show. Whomever ends up with this sticker on them by the end of the day loses. She sometimes comes home with it on her back (without even knowing it!). One of her gals gave her a skateboard. She's been practicing and is getting quite good!
Our family has been practicing our song for Stake Conference next week. Please pray for us! I hope we can convey the Spirit and stay on pitch. I'm excited that we get to do this! I love singing with our family. We had such special times singing during our home Sacrament meetings during quarantine. I think we all blend really well together (you included!)
My school: This week I am having the "Music Olympics" opening ceremonies. I'm offering a student initiated "Gold, Silver, Bronze" awards based on projects they can do (sound familiar from Orchestra?) For opening ceremonies I have decorated the music room in Olympics. I bought a rubber torch (it's actually a Statue of Liberty torch...but maybe they won't notice) and made an Olympic fanfare playlist. We will be playing games (paper plate discus, paper airplane launch, and balloon volleyball). I hope it goes well!
Random note- today Hyrum ate an Otter Pop and it sparked a conversation about how you eat Otter Pops in -23 degree weather. You are cute!

It was fun to talk to you last week and give the family a chance to chat also. It was fun to sit as a family. We did not space very well. IT sounds like we might have the mask mandate removed next month. They are starting to let people come back to work starting next month also. Since I changed jobs I don't know if I have a place to work yet. It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.
Not much happened this week. I'm doing everything I can to get Hyrum to ask a girl to Prom. He heard of a Sweethearts event happening but most of the girls went without a date. I can't state how lame that is. He is struggling with knowing who to ask. I think he has found a few girls that he might want to take. He needs an older group group or he and Logan can make it work. If he goes with Logan they will need to be chauffeured around. He did not like that idea. I hope it works out for him.
Mari is getting closer to her Newsies show at the Middle School. She is thinking she no longer wants to try for SBO next year. She has more friends in SOAR and she really likes the advisor. It will be interesting to see what she decides to do. She gets her braces off this week. I have been calling it her B.O. day. She is excited.
Your Mom is doing a great job with Carden. She has some doubts that creep up but she is crushing it. She is getting a lot of positive feedback and the kids are eating it up. If she can limit the dance fighting and spontaneous pyramids she will be set. You never know what the private school kids are going to do.
Love you Millie. We pray daily that you will find time for all the things you need to do and you will find people to teach. We are excited to see the growth you have acquired so far. Keep trying. Your best is enough.
